Blokset low-voltage switchgear is a high- end switchgear produced by Schneider Electric for Chinese market, which is applicable forall low-voltage system requiring high reliability: electrical power distribution system and electric control system, and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, municipal construction and various low-voltage system; the product meets GB7251.1, GB/T23359, JB/T9661 and relevant standards.
结构说明 Structure Description
1、全面性:是一个集成施耐德电气开关元件的完整系统,其保护设备都是按化的协调配合而进行设计的;
2、可靠性:依照国际标准( TTA)设计和试验;
3、模块化:由标准化预制元件组成,可以快速制造,易于修改和节约成本;
4、智能化:可将包含高级保护和通信功能的元件集成到设备中,用于配电和马达保护。
1. Comprehensiveness: It is a complete system integrating Schneider electrical switch element; and its protection equipment is designed as per the optimized coordination and cooperation;
2. Relability: It is designed and tested as per international standard (TTA);
3. Modularization: It is composed of standardized prefabricated components, which can be manufactured rapidly and modified easilyand can save costs;
4. Intellectualization: Elements containing advanced protection and communication functions can be integrated in the equipment toprotect power distribution and motor.
主要特点 Main Features
1、开关柜为抽屉式结构和固定分隔式或不分隔式结构。每柜有效安装高度为40个模数,每个模数高50mm。抽屉柜主母线:单层占据6个模数,双层占据10个模数;其它柜主母线:单层占据4个模数,双层占据8个模数,其余为开关功能单元占据的有效安装模数。
2、具有模块化的多功能系列,分为: a)配电柜(D型) b)功率因数补偿柜(DC型) c)电动机控制中心柜(固定式Mf型) d)电动机控制中心柜(抽屉式MW型)e)变频器和软启动柜( MS型)。
3、柜体顶部带有压力释放装置,防止因电气故障造成的意外伤害。
4、柜体由基本框架和扩展框架组合而成,基本框架又由标准预制构件组装而成,这些构件有多种规格,高低压成套开关柜可以组装成不同尺寸的框架。基本框架和扩展框架通过组合,又可以构成多种深度和宽度的开关柜。
5、开关元件的安装方式有固定式、插入式、抽屉式。功能单元中抽屉高度规格有: 150mm、 300mm、450mm、600mm、750mm。将所需的开关元件安装在开关柜的一个抽屉中,可以保证快速可靠的维护和维修。
6、插入式开关及其它元件可安装在一个固定间隔单元内,可根据开关及其它元件的大小选择不同高度的固定间隔,一般有150mm. 300mm、450mm、600mm等几种高度。不同间隔之间独立,安全可靠。
7、柜体防护等级为IP20~IP54。
1. Switchgear is in the structure of drawer model and fixed divided and un-divided structure. Effective installation height of each switchgear is 40 modules with the height of each module being 50mm. Main bus of drawer switchgear: Single-layer and double-layer respectively occupy 6 and 10 modules; Main bus of other switchgear: Single-layer and double-layer respectively occupy 4 and 8 modules; and the others are effective installation modules occupied by switch function units.
2. Multi-function series with modularization are divided into: a) Power distribution cabinet (type D); b) Power factor compensation cabinet (type DC); c) Motor control center cabinet (fixed type Mf); d) Motor control center cabinet (drawer type MW); e) Frequency converter and soft start cabinet (type MS).
3. Pressure-relief device is equipped on the top of switchgear to prevent accidental injury caused by electrical fault.
4. Switchgear is composed of basic frame and extended frame; the basic frame is composed of standard prefabricated component in various specifications and can compose frame in different dimensions. Through combination, basic frame and extended frame can compose switchgear in different depth and width.
5. Switch elements can be installed in fixed, inserted and drawer modes. Drawer height specifications in the function unit include:150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm and 750mm. Installing all the required switch elements in one drawer of the switchgear can ensure rapid and reliable maintenance and repair.
6. Inserted switch and other elements can install in a fixed interval unit, the height of which can be selected according to the size of switch and other elements (optional heights include 150mm, 300mm, 450mm and 600mm). Different interval units are completely inde-pendent, being safe and reliable.
7. Switchgear protection grade is IP20-IP54.
