3DP-40型高压往复泵是由电动机、联轴器、减速器、传动部分、泵头部分、公共底座等组成。它是由电动机通过减速器、皮带传动或无级调速器,带动曲轴旋转,推动连杆经滑块(十字头)使柱塞作直线往复运动,在泵头进口阀的启闭作用下达到吸排液目的。高压往复泵泵头材料可根据用户输送各种高压液体需要,采用锻造碳钢合金、不锈钢等,进出口阀座、阀套、阀片填料函、柱塞等主要过流部分采用2Cr13、不锈钢、非金属材料,阀球采用9Cr13、陶瓷、F46等材质。
