A、湿热试验：GB2423.3－93《电工电子产品基本环境试验规程》 试验Ca：恒定湿热试验方法。（在这里只是满足温湿度的试验）
a、试验温度：50℃±2℃。
c、采用蒸汽导入方式，通过将水加热产生水蒸汽，再经过鼓风机和气动阀门转换导入试验室内。起主要控制作用的韩国TEMI可程式控制系统采用微电脑处理器，当湿度未达到需要的数值时，就进行微动控制；当湿度超过数值时，将干燥热空气导入，将湿气冲淡并将多余的湿气排出到试验室外。加湿系统采用电子并位方式微动加湿系统(SSR驱动)。
B、 静态常温实验：
冷却时间：≤15分钟
采用外部空气导入方式冷却，使试验室温度与室外温度保持一致.
在标准大气压做静态常温实验，由常规喷雾试验转到静态放置实验，主要是通过两种方式降温：
